- The concentration in Physics, administered by the Department of Physics, serves a variety of goals and interests
- Concentration in Physics provides a foundation for subsequent professional work in physics, and also for work in computer science, astronomy, biophysics, chemical physics, engineering and applied physics, earth and planetary sciences, geology, astrophysics, and the history and philosophy of science
- Students can pursue the following options
- Physics
- Physics with Applied Physics Emphasis
- Physics with Biophysics emphasis
- Physics and Teaching
Class 12th
- Student must have passed high school
SAT
SAT is accepted but exact exam score is not published by the college.
- Standardized test scores from either the SAT or ACT (with Writing) and normally two SAT subject tests are required
- SAT II English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT) is not acceptable as one of the two SAT Subject Tests
TOEFL
TOEFL is accepted but exact exam score is not published by the college.
- Not mandatory, but students can submit the scores if they have given the exam
